House of Miracles Narok / the Prophetic Prayer Summit organizing team collects registration information as the data controller for summit administration. This notice is for conference registration and Business Forum booking.

What we collect

We collect a name, phone number, optional email, selected location details, registration reference, source, consent record and registration timestamp. A Business Forum booking also records purchaser details, selected package, quantity and payment status. We do not collect card numbers, CVVs, or M-Pesa PINs.

Why and who can access it

We use the information to manage attendance, prevent duplicate records, coordinate bookings, send relevant summit communications, and investigate payment or registration issues. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and registration staff with a work-related need. Payment providers process payment information under their own secure systems when configured.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained only for as long as necessary for the summit and related administrative, accounting, or legal requirements. The organizer must approve and publish the final retention schedule before launch. Necessary registration processing requires your affirmative consent; optional marketing is not requested here. You may ask about access, correction, deletion where applicable, objection, or withdrawal of consent by contacting [organizer contact to be configured before launch].

Transfers and changes

Do not provide data you are not authorized to provide. If a provider or service stores data outside Kenya, the organizer must document the applicable safeguards or consent before enabling that transfer. This notice may be updated; the version recorded with a registration identifies the notice shown at submission.
